Frequently asked questions

How do I restore my purchase?

Open the app, go to Settings, and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account you used for the original purchase.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple Account, not inside the app. On your device open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, select Hvala, and you can change or cancel your plan there.

Is my progress saved?

Yes. Your learning progress is stored locally on your device and is kept between sessions automatically.

Which content is free?

The first 5 stops are completely free. Hvala Premium unlocks all 35 stops.
